Pitre Promise Project
The Pitre Promise Project (PPP) is a Louisiana-based nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children in unsafe environments and supporting the adults who step in when those children have no safe place to turn.
Founded by Jill Michelle Pitre, PPP works to close the gaps in family-court and child-protection systems through advocacy, education, and community engagement. The organization focuses on ensuring accountability, transparency, and reform across agencies that impact child safety.

We are dedicated to protecting children in unsafe situations, supporting families in crisis, and advocating for systemic reforms that put safety and wellbeing first.
Pitre Promise Project (PPP) operates through partnerships with local organizations and volunteers to implement sustainable development projects.
Families are desperate. Children are in danger. But with everyone in crisis at the same time, their voices drown each other out. Too many are not being heard and that means they are not getting the help they need.
Not directly. We connect families to licensed professionals and, when possible, help cover the costs through donations and partnerships.
We connect families to resources such as shelters, legal aid, and counseling. We also partner with local nonprofits, volunteers, and community groups. As donations grow, we’ll provide direct assistance like emergency housing, transportation, and counseling support.
Pitre Promise Project is located in the U.S. and based on families and child safety.
